Cake Smashing!
If you've not heard of cake smashing then let me delight in educating you in this new crazy craze!
It is pretty much exactly as it sounds... a cake gets smashed (honestly, we hated this idea too but trust us, it's all worth it in the end!)
The idea is to do it all in front of a photographer who captures some great shots that hands down beat the usual posed stuff you'll find on the average living room wall. Cake Smashing shoots are usually done on a babies first birthday so you can just imagine the icing smeared across chubby little cheeks and squished between teeny toes! The shots make the cake sacrafice worth it I promise!
So, explanations aside, we very proud of our new patnership with the truly amazingly talented LB Photography. We are going to be offering an amazing new concept - the first in sussex in fact - CAKE SMASH! Yes your child + a cake that they can eat/demolish/in fact what ever they like + a photographer = beautiful stunning innocent pictures that are lifelong memories.
